The Cord, Where Science Meets Connection, is an attachment and trauma-trained mental health facility dedicated to helping adults, children, teens, and families heal, grow, and reconnect. Located in Omaha, Council Bluffs, and Fremont, The Cord provides family-centered trauma counseling, integrating cutting-edge, science-backed therapeutic interventions designed to support healing at the root, where attachment and trauma intersect. Their team of highly trained therapists uses evidence-based, body and brain-informed methods to help clients move beyond symptom management toward lasting change and resilience. The Cord's areas of focus include adoption, attachment, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with parents for whole family healing.
