With a focus on trauma-informed methods and music-based interventions, James provides a structured and supportive approach to help clients move forward in a grounded and aligned way. Sessions are available in person in Philadelphia or via secure telehealth across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Ohio. James' expertise includes working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, shame and self-criticism, grief and loss, and life transitions. His approach is grounded, responsive, and focused on what works, aiming for deep and lasting change that clients can carry with them in daily life.
