About
Jaime Duke, the owner and LCPC, specializes in a nervous system and cycle-informed approach to therapy. This approach focuses on supporting the nervous system in processing stored stress patterns and reconnecting with clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness. Jaime's training includes EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and NARM for the treatment of trauma and complex or developmental trauma. She also has a passion for helping women heal from hormonal health problems, such as PME/PMDD, menopausal symptoms, PCOS, Postpartum, Infertility, Endometriosis, or other hormonal health problems. Jaime's therapy style is gentle, non-invasive, and collaborative, honoring both emotional experiences and the body's natural rhythms. She works with women who feel strong on the outside but alone on the inside, helping them move beyond survival mode and reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more sustainable way.
