Jacob specializes in teen and adult mental health, offering a humanistic and existential approach in his practice. He works with a wide variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, men's issues, trauma recovery, and emotional regulation. Jacob is currently accepting new clients for In-Person and Telehealth visits. He is available to work with adults, teens, couples, and families. Jacob's office is located at 9802 Nicholas Street Unit 205, Omaha, NE 68114, and he is available to see clients Monday through Friday, with hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Jacob is also available for online therapy sessions. He is committed to helping his clients live more authentically, finding comfort in discomfort, and accepting themselves and their place in the world.
