Isabelle's approach is holistic, dynamic, and rooted in relational theory, emphasizing the important role relationships play in mental health. Her work with children is play-based and aimed at strengthening the child's capacity to regulate and communicate emotions in developmentally-appropriate ways. Isabelle also integrates aspects of evidenced-based behavioral interventions such as DBT and CBT. She is based on the 10th floor of the Union Square Practice location in New York, NY.
