Iowa Compass connects older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with complex health-related needs of all ages, and caregivers to services and supports in their communities throughout Iowa. They are a partner of the Iowa Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) network and provide information about aging-related and disability-related services and supports for Iowans. Iowa Compass is funded through the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and the Center for Disabilities and Development, Iowa's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD).
