Established in 1984, IRI has been transforming the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through its competitive and integrated employment and living services. The organization's MentorWorks program has facilitated the employment of over 20,000 persons with significant disabilities in the USA and Australia. IRI works with private and public employers in Napa, Solano, Sonoma, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and San Diego Counties to assist with the recruitment, hiring, training, and ongoing support for persons with disabilities in integrated work settings and self-employment. IRI's mission is to empower individuals with disabilities to live, work, and play in integrated community settings, and to advocate for their rights and dignity.
