Founded in 2011, the practice has a team of 11 licensed mental health therapists who offer traditional 1:1 therapy and virtual therapy through telehealth. They treat individuals across the entire lifespan, from 0-100+ years of age, for a variety of conditions including depression, anxiety, grief and/or loss, divorce, trauma, and many other life stressors. The practice provides services and education that support their mission of prevention and early identification, intervention, and postvention and maintenance of mental wellness. They serve youth, adults, and seniors, making them a comprehensive resource for mental health care in the region.
