The Institute for Applied Behavioral Analysis (IABA) North Los Angeles Office provides behavior management services, Early Intervention services, supported employment, supported living, and supported educational services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Southern California. At IABA, we are committed to providing the highest level of quality services to our clients, with a goal of enabling them to live regular lives in natural settings with full, positive, and valued community presence and participation. Our Child Adolescent Services division offers a variety of behavior management services, such as Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, Intensive Applied Behavior Analysis, Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, Adaptive Skills Training, Play-based Intervention, Social Skills Training, Psycho Therapy, Psycho-educational Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavioral Respite Services. Additionally, our STEP program provides supported employment, community inclusion, and behavior intervention to help prepare adults with developmental disabilities for success in the workplace. These services offer individuals with disabilities the opportunity to become self-reliant and productive members of society, gain dignity through maintaining a paid job, work and interact with non-disabled persons, contribute to the economy of their community, and be fully included in community and work environments. Lastly, IABA’s Supported Living Services (SLS) provide a broad range of services to adults with developmental disabilities who choose to live in homes they own or lease in the community.
