We provide individualized counseling services to the Idaho Falls and surrounding area, in person and remote. Our clinicians provide mental health services for adults, teens, and children. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based practices to meet you, or your loved ones needs. Our agency also has supportive services for clients; Peer Supports, Youth Supports, CBRS and Case Management Services. We have multiple providers to meet your needs. Acceptance, self-compassion and mindfulness are foundational to our practice. Strength Based, Solution Focused, Integrative, Holistic, as well as traditional CBT/DBT. Specialized training in trauma: Prolonged Exposure, CPT, EMDR, and ART. Whether this is the first time that you're seeking out therapy or if you have done this before, the process can be overwhelming.
