Idaho’s Infant Toddler Program (ITP) provides early intervention services to Idaho children from birth to 3 years of age who have a developmental delay or a condition (e.g. prematurity, Down Syndrome, hearing loss) that may lead to a developmental delay. ITP links these children with services that support their physical, cognitive and social-emotional growth, and their families’ needs. Services are free for families and are funded by private insurance, Medicaid, and federal and state funds. Families can apply for services directly or through referrals from their health care providers.
