is a consumer-directed, cross-disability advocacy, and service organization. The practice is led by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Since 1987, they have helped individuals and families across the Hudson Valley break down barriers and live with independence, confidence, and choice. With more than 40 programs and services, they partner with people of all ages and abilities to build inclusive communities where everyone can thrive. They offer a variety of services, including advocacy, ADA consultation, benefits advisement, case management, deaf and hard-of-hearing services, developmental disabilities employment services, consumer-directed personal assistance program, information and referral, peer support services, mental health services, and recovery center programs.
