At Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Moscow Office, our Infant Toddler Program is dedicated to providing services that support the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development of children and their families. Our services are available at no cost to families, and are funded by private insurance, Medicaid, and federal and state funds. Families can apply for services on their own, or have their healthcare provider make a referral.
