At the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Caldwell Office, our Infant Toddler Program is dedicated to providing essential services to children and families in Idaho. Our services are centered around promoting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development and are available at no cost to families. We are proud to offer these services through a variety of funding sources, including private insurance, Medicaid, and both federal and state funds. Families can access these services on their own, or their health care provider may make a referral on their behalf.
