Led by Hunter Davidson-Badgley, LMHC, NCC, they take an experiential approach to counseling, centering clients in the relationship and creating a safe environment for addressing mental health concerns. Using Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), among other approaches, Hunter helps clients identify and process internal experiences and emotions with compassion. This process allows individuals to live more in the present, experiencing joy, excitement, and calm emotions alongside difficult emotions. With a client-centered approach, Intrinsic Growth Counseling aims to empower individuals to navigate their mental health with confidence and compassion. They offer telehealth appointments throughout Washington State, making their services accessible to a wider range of clients.
