Her practice incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and trauma-informed care. Hope is currently accepting new clients and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. While she does not accept insurance at this time, she provides sliding scale rates to accommodate various financial needs. Hope's mission is to facilitate sustainable healing by creating a compassionate and empathetic space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
