With training in Hypnotherapy, Hitha empowers clients to use various methods, including self-hypnosis, to gain new insights and reinforce their resolve for change. She works in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ / GSERD community and is kink aware, making her a welcoming and inclusive therapist for diverse clients. By working together, Hitha helps clients create new possibilities and find the courage to reach out for help.
