Hilda's areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, academic stress, relationships, communication, emotional regulation, and life transitions. She is passionate about empowerment, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and promoting well-being and self-care practices. Hilda is bilingual and bicultural, and her lived experience as a first-generation Latina informs her work with individuals navigating cultural expectations and forging new paths while honoring ancestral roots.
