Through our Consumer Directed Services (CDS) program, we empower clients to make personal decisions related to the delivery of Personal Assistance Services, Habilitation Services, In-Home and Out-of Home Respite Services, and more. Our CDS program is available to participants in a variety of services including Client Managed Personal Attendant Service (CMPAS), Community Living Assistance and Support Services (CLASS), Deaf-Blind Multiple Disabilities (DBMD), Community Based Alternatives (CBA), Primary Home Care (PHC), Medically Dependent Children Program (MDCP), Home and Community Based Services (HCS), and Texas Home Living (TxHmL). We also provide private duty care, respite care, habilitation services, and assistance with workers comp claims through a variety of contracts with local entities.
