Helena Huckabee, PhD, BCBA-D

Helena Huckabee BCBA D is a nationally recognized Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Clinical Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is experienced in providing counseling for individuals and couples, and specializes in Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Trauma, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) therapy, head injury, AD/HD, anxiety, and mood disorders. Dr. Huckabee was recognized for her work with a Neuropsychology Expert of the Year Award from Lawyer Monthly in 2017, and co-authored the leading text on Autism Assessment in 2016. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston, and completed her Internship at Baylor College of Medicine with Post Doctoral Fellowships at DePelchin Children’s Center and JFK Partners at the University of Colorado. Additionally, she has held administrative leadership positions at five clinics for autism, and is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Colorado Neuropsychological Society and the Association for Behavior Analysis. Dr. Huckabee’s commitment to providing high-quality clinical care is evident in her blend of roles as both a clinician and a business leader. In her free time, she enjoys running, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family.
