Heidi incorporates eclectic interventions tailored to each individual's needs within a research-based Cognitive-Behavioral and Structural theoretical framework. She is also certified in Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and plans to incorporate this approach into her practice. Heidi's goal is to help individuals improve their life stressors, manage past traumas, and develop skills to live a healthy and well-balanced life. She is committed to providing a strength-based approach to therapy, focusing on setting specific goals for improving and strengthening interpersonal relationships and overall mental well-being.
