The practice is specialized in treating Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Social Phobias, Trauma/PTSD, Selective Mutism, Self Harm/Suicidal Ideation, Self Esteem issues, and relationship concerns. They use client-centered treatment modalities designed to best suit the needs of the client. They are trained in various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Client Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Parent Child Interactive Therapy-SM (PCIT-SM), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Supporting Parents of Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE), Exposure Therapy, and Behavioral modification therapies. They also use Gottman principles to guide their practice in working with families and relationship concerns. The practice offers individual sessions for people with Selective Mutism and an annual intensive outpatient program for children with Selective Mutism called Resilience Camp. They provide a therapeutic environment that is emotionally safe for all people; no matter their age, gender, race, ethnicity, abilities, status, religion or culture. They honor the vulnerability it takes to seek help for yourself and/or your loved ones. The practice is committed to helping individuals, families, and children develop resilience and overcome challenges.
