Heather, a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience, uses a comprehensive approach that incorporates spirituality, natural supplements, exercise, and physical health to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve a life of freedom. The practice serves children, teenagers, and their families, providing guidance on emotional regulation, healthy expression of feelings, and parenting support. With a focus on removing deep-rooted issues, Heather aims to help individuals and families experience breakthroughs and improve their overall quality of life.
