As a 100-year-old agency, HeartShare is proud to have developed programming tailored to the growing number of individuals diagnosed with autism, now 1 in 68 children. Our specialized services include special education pre-school classes, a school for children aged 5-21, adult day programs, group homes, overnight respite services, recreation programs and community habilitation services.
