Head Start Family Enrichment is a Federal program based in Johnson City, designed to provide preschool children from low-income families with early learning experiences that focus on their developmental, social, and physical needs. We strive to ensure that all children enter kindergarten prepared for academic success, as per the 2007 Improving Head Start for School Readiness Act.
