About
She specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of issues, including eating disorders, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. With a background in eating disorder treatment, Hayley understands the complex emotional and relational patterns that underlie these experiences and works with clients to build greater embodiment, self-trust, emotional awareness, and safety. Her approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and embodiment practices to create a collaborative, emotionally engaged, and deeply human therapeutic relationship. Hayley welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds and relationship structures, including those exploring non-monogamy, polyamory, and kink-positive relationships. She sees patients in person and virtually in the D.C. area and is available for free 15-minute phone consultations to discuss potential therapy.
