With experience as an oncology outpatient clinical social worker, hospice social worker, support group facilitator, and Area Agency on Aging 1-B Support Coordinator, Hayley has supported those living with anxiety, depression, and going through life transitions. She is passionate about helping young adults and children navigate life circumstances. Hayley utilizes a person-centered approach, incorporating CBT and ERP techniques, to assist individuals in finding their own strengths, goals, and answers. She aims to meet clients where they are, work collaboratively, and offer a supportive environment for them to be their true selves.
