The Hawai‘i Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Kona Section (Field Office) is dedicated to providing employment opportunities for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities. Our services are designed to help job seekers with disabilities prepare for, secure, and maintain competitive employment in an integrated work setting. We strive to provide our consumers with the best resources and opportunities for training, support, and career placement. Our productive partnerships with other state agencies, private non-profits, and employers help our consumers find successful employment with competitive wages. The mission of the DVR is to serve our participants so they can achieve their dreams of meaningful employment through timely, individualized vocational rehabilitation services.
