Founded in Fayetteville in 2015, the practice has expanded to include a team of experienced and highly competent clinicians, as well as a helpful and caring support staff. Their therapists offer a range of approaches, from generalized anxiety and depression work to specialized focus on issues like trauma, relationship work, OCD, disordered eating, and perinatal mental health. The practice is EMDR trained, trauma-informed, and affirming of clients from diverse backgrounds and identities. They currently work with clients from teen/pre-teen through elder adults.
