About
She specializes in treating adjustment and trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety, particularly in adolescents and young adults. Hanna received a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, specializing in clinical psychotherapy, and has a range of experience working in schools, hospitals, a women's shelter, the juvenile justice department, and a community mental health center. Her experiences as a musician and writer shape both her training as a therapist and the way she works with her clients today. Hanna creates a comfortable, safe environment for her clients to determine and achieve their goals. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including relational, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches, to help her clients gain insight and make positive changes in their lives. Hanna is available for individual and couples sessions by video only, using a secure and confidential online platform through her electronic health record system. She is suitable for all people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, ethnicity, or nationality, and is also conversationally fluent in the Russian language.
