The Healing Effect is a team of licensed therapists, psychologists, and independently licensed counselors providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Mesa. They help children, teens, adults, couples, and families with anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. Their therapists use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, EFT, and others. Every session takes place in a space that is safe, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. They offer in-person therapy at multiple locations and statewide telehealth sessions. The team is deeply committed to client-centered care that respects each client's story, goals, and pace. They have helped thousands of Arizonans find clarity, confidence, and connection since 2019.
