Gwendolyn Virginia Youngblood, MD

Dr. Gwendolyn V. Youngblood is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics with over 35 years of experience in pediatric medicine. She received her Doctorate of Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Pediatric intern and residency training at the Medical College of Virginia. For the past 20 years, she has been providing the community with her expertise at Youngblood Pediatrics. Dr. Youngblood stays up to date with the latest evidence-based medical practices and frequently teaches medical students, nurse practitioner students, and physician assistants interested in Pediatric medicine. She is known for her compassionate care, understanding of family dynamics, and for being invited to many of her patient’s birthday parties, school activities, and graduations. Dr. Youngblood is respected among her colleagues and enjoys gardening and photography in her spare time. She has a gift for capturing the beauty of the world in her photography.
