His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and faith-based counseling to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and men's mental health issues. With over 12 years of experience in mental health, Greg creates a safe and welcoming environment for clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. His office is conveniently located, handicap accessible, and he is available for appointments Monday through Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
