He utilizes an integrated model of counseling consisting of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory. Grayson works collaboratively with clients to establish goals and form a fluid treatment plan, providing tools and skills to manage and improve mental health and overall wellbeing. He specializes in working with young and/or emerging adults, working professionals, and individuals with disabilities, but welcomes clients from all backgrounds. Grayson has training and experience in various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. He is currently accepting new clients and offers a free consultation to discuss individual therapy needs.
