She specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are searching for support with relationship challenges, emotional concerns, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and/or life stressors. Grace prioritizes meeting her clients where they are at and works together towards their goals to create growth and healing. She implements evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. When working with children, Grace enjoys involving parents and supporting the parent-child relationship. She is currently accepting new clients at Alpine Behavioral Health in Boise, ID.
