Grace has experience providing psychotherapy to those struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. She approaches therapy with a nonjudgmental and open-minded manner, using strength-based, person-centered, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Her therapeutic modalities include narrative therapy, psychodynamic, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. Grace welcomes individuals from all walks of life and is dedicated to helping them progress in their healing journey.
