She utilizes an eclectic approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), narrative therapy, and experiential therapy to help clients explore and heal patterns stemming from their attachment styles. With a focus on building trust and rapport, Grace works with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and personality disorders, as well as couples seeking to improve communication and relationship satisfaction. She has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling from Belmont University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Clinical Counseling, Counselor Education and Supervision. Grace is available to see clients in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania under the supervision of Jessica Rice.
