The Georgia Symphony Orchestra (GSO) is proud to present its annual Sensory Friendly Concert. Designed especially for persons with autism and their families, this 50-minute event begins in 2015 and provides an opportunity for audience members to experience the greatness of orchestral music without any of the constraints of a standard performance. During the concert, the audience is free to move, dance, and make noise. As a component of the GSO’s educational and outreach programs, the Sensory Friendly Concert invites and welcomes autistic individuals and their families into the world of classical music.
