The Georgia Department of Public Health, East Central Health District, and Warren County Health Department are committed to helping all children in the state of Georgia stay in the best possible health. Through our Children 1st program, we connect children from birth to age 5 to appropriate health, developmental, and family-support services. We provide no-cost, in-home visits to arrange help for families, and participation is completely voluntary. We collaborate with public, private, and community resources to ensure that all children in Georgia are safe, healthy, and supported.
