We offer no-cost, in-home visits to arrange help for families’ needs and link them to health, developmental and family-support services. Our team of professionals at Children 1st identifies children at risk for poor health and/or developmental outcomes from birth to age 5, and works with public, private, and community resources to provide the support they need. Participation is always voluntary and parents can withdraw at any time.
