They empower connections through mental health counseling, regulation coaching, neuro-informed services, and education. Their staff has extensive training and experience in adoption counseling, developmental trauma, play therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, and EMDR. Heart & Mind Therapy works with individuals, families, and groups to heal the impact of trauma without reliving it, using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Safe and Sound Protocol, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Play Therapy.
