They offer in-center therapy, in-home therapy, and school therapy, with sessions ranging from 15 to 40 hours per week. Galliant practices assent-based care, with a naturalistic delivery focused on school-readiness, communication, peer play, transitions, and more. They also offer diagnostic evaluations, including the ADOS-2 in select locations, and can provide an extensive referral list of psychologists and MDs in areas where testing is not available.

Galliant social skills training targets communication, friendship skills, general socialization, problem-solving, and perspective-taking, with group therapy available through weekly social skills sessions via tele-health.
