GaitWay Therapeutic Horsemanship is a Baton Rouge-based program that has been providing therapeutic services to individuals with special needs since 2005. We specialize in providing equine-based therapy services to both children and adults with a range of disabilities. Our team of 11 equine therapists and 45 active volunteers serve over 60 clients annually, offering a certified therapeutic program as well as the option of financial assistance. At GaitWay, we believe in the power of trust and collaboration between humans and horses, and strive to be a companion on the journey of healing and recovery.
