Founded by Gabrielle Suarez, LCSW, the practice believes that everyone has the power to be the hero of their own narrative. With a focus on empowering clients to rewrite their narrative, Plot Twist Counseling provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Gabrielle Suarez, the founder and psychotherapist, has a breadth of knowledge in treating clients with various mental health concerns, including self-harming/suicidal ideation, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, gender identity, stress, bipolar disorder, and self-esteem issues. She specializes in an eclectic approach, drawing from evidenced-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and more to create personalized care for each client. Plot Twist Counseling is open by appointment only, with hours of operation from 1-7 pm Mondays-Thursdays. The practice offers in-person and telehealth options, making it convenient for clients to access services.
Insurance & payment
Plot Twist Counseling accepts Aetna, Anthem, BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, Medicaid, and United Healthcare. Self-pay options are also available for $150 per session.
