With a focus on working with children, adolescents, and young adults, he aims to help families achieve success in the home, school, and community. As the Creator and Director of the T3 Elementary Center, a behavioral support program in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Frank has extensive experience in working with schools to obtain necessary services for his clients. Additionally, he is the Owner/Creator of the Kids on the Ball after-school/summer enrichment program, which teaches character through sports. With over 15 years of experience as a school counselor, Frank brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice, specializing in behavioral issues, child, and school issues.
