Frank is credentialed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State and as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Idaho. He is also a State of Idaho Certified Supervisor for other mental health professionals seeking supervision for higher licensure.
