At Flip For Function, LLC & Let It Shine Gymnastics, our mission is to empower children with physical, cognitive and mental challenges by unlocking their potential through exercise and fitness. Our unique program combines occupational therapy services and individualized adaptive gymnastics classes, providing students with sensory input, motor planning, self regulation tools, social skill development, strength, coordination, and balance challenges. We are proud to have certified and licensed Occupational Therapists and coaches on our staff, all with backgrounds in child development. All of our students begin with 1:1 individual lessons and may advance to group sessions, so they can experience a sense of belonging and achievement as they push past limits.
