About
The church has a long history, dating back to 1835 when four families formed Marietta Presbyterian Church. Over the years, the church has grown and evolved, incorporating contemporary elements to enhance and evolve how they worship. They welcome all people, regardless of race, creed, ability, disability, health care needs, age, sexuality or citizenship status. The church offers various programs and services, including Adult Day Programs, After-School / Community Activities, and support groups for mental health. They also provide a safe space and assistance for underserved children and their families. The church is committed to the flourishing of all people and is a Stephen Ministry Congregation, a Hunger Action Congregation, and a PC(USA) Congregation. They are located in the heart of Marietta, surrounded by historic homes, museums, and the iconic Marietta Square.
