First Children Services is a combination of three organizations: First Children, LLC, First Children Learning Services, LLC, and Regional Enrichment and Learning Center, LLC. We provide home, school, and center-based therapeutic and educational services to children and their families throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Founded by Joseph J. Hess, Jr., who has worked for children with special needs and their families for over 30 years, our mission is to achieve Life Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids. We have a family-owned and operated organization that puts its resources on the line every day for the sake of the children and families we serve. Our dedicated workforce of nearly 200 teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, and support staff touch the lives of more than 1000 children and families every day. We are approved by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families to provide behavior therapy, counseling, and support services and are in network with Medicaid and most major insurance companies in NJ and PA. We currently have five locations in Fanwood, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, Roselle Park, NJ, Montgomeryville, PA, and Pottstown, PA.
