First Children Services is a combination of three organizations: First Children, LLC, First Children Learning Services, LLC, and Regional Enrichment and Learning Center, LLC. Our mission is to provide Life Changing Outcomes for Exceptional Kids through home, school, and center-based therapeutic and educational services throughout New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our founder, Joseph J. Hess, Jr., has more than 30 years of experience in working with children with special needs and their families, providing us with the insight to create an organization that is accountable to those who pay the bills. We have a dedicated workforce of nearly 200 teachers, therapists, paraprofessionals, and support staff, and we currently serve over 1000 children and families in five different locations in NJ and PA. Our organization is approved by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and is in network with Medicaid and most major insurance companies in NJ and PA. We are a family owned and operated business, and our Leadership Team is second to none in terms of their experience and commitment to children. At First Children Services, we strive to ensure that our clients and their families are satisfied with the services we provide.
